1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FCET Student Portal (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended solely for use by registered students and staff of the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Technology, Al-Hikmah University. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Faculty Dues Payments

All payments made through the Platform are processed securely. Once a payment is completed and a receipt is issued, it serves as proof of payment. Disputes regarding payments must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

4. E-Library Access

Resources available in the FCET E-Library are for personal academic use only. Redistribution, commercial use, or reproduction of copyrighted materials without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify the faculty immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FCET or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

FCET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
